based on the play by Robert Thomas.
An advertising man who has brought
his bride to the boss' mountain lodge for a honeymoon calls in the local
police to investigate her sudden disappearance. Enter a pretty young
girl who insists, over his protests, that she is his missing wife, with
a priest backing her story. A delicatessen owner enters and before you
know it there are two murders at the isolated lodge.

Servants of Many Masters

Carlo Goldoni's "The Servant of Two Masters."
As two young lovers,
Silvio and Clarice become engaged in the presence of their parents, the
man who has previously been promised in marriage (reportedly killed in
a duel) presents "himself." It
is actually the dead man's sister in disguise arriving to safeguard her
inheritance, and begins the complications in this quick-paced comedy of
mistaken identity.

Bye Bye Birdie

Music by Charles Strause
Set in the 50"s, Bye Bye Birdie tells the
story of Conrad Birdie, an Elvis Preseley-esque rock and roll singer who
is about to be inducted into the army. His manager, Albert Peterson, is
facing financial ruin and dealing with an overbearing mother and his secretary
and would be love interest Rosie, is getting more than a little frustrated
with him. Together Albert and Rosie concoct one final publicity plan before
Conrad's induction into the Army. Conrad will bid a typical American teenage
girl goodbye with an all-American kiss on the Ed Sullivan show.
