Auditions for West Side Story will be February 15 from 4-8 p.m.(NOTE: this is a change from previous announcement), February 21 from 2-4 p.m. and February 22 from 6-9 p.m. at the Bethel Park Community Center. Dancers ages 15-40 (with or without singing ability) and singers age 18-25+ are welcome to audition. There are no non-singing/non-dancing roles for this production.

West Side Story will run May 14 & 15, 21 & 22, 28 & 29 (2004) at 8 p.m. and May 16, 23, 30 (2004) at 2 p.m.. You must be available for all performances to be in the show. Rehearsals start March 18.

Parts available include:

TonyFormer member of the Jets; he's now trying to live the straight life. May be played by a slightly older singer.Superior singer; great actor; able to move.
MariaSister of the rival "Sharks" leader. She should be ingenou-age.Superior singer/actress; able to move.
AnitaGirlfriend of "Sharks" leader. May be older (30+)Superior singer/actress/dancer.
RiffThe leader of the "Jets." May be a bit older than the rest of the gang.Strong dancer; great actor; good singer.
Action, Arab, Diesel, Baby John, Big DealMembers of the "Jets." Various ages from 15-30+.Strong dancers; good actors; good singers.
